Pros
Techaid is a place where you become part of a family, you are treated with respect and they do a great job at seeing the value you have and the potential you can reach. You can expect that they will make you reach that potential if you let them help you which they exceed at. The sense of family they bring makes you feel at home, my time as QA Lead working with Techaid was fun, challenging and exciting all the same time, everyone in Techaid welcomed me as part of a family and helped me see all the potential i had and now i know because of my time on Techaid i am a much better QA than before.
Cons
The only downside i had with Techaid is that at my time there we had a bit of a struggle finding a new client to expand our abilities but im pretty sure this challenge has already been conquered as for my last days the team was working extra hard to give their employees the need for a new thrilling adventure.
