      Pros

      Constant flow of incoming projects. Every project - you must understand the customers' perspective and deliver to their specific needs. Really helped me boost my confidence as a Web Developer. Company is growing steadily so room to grow with the firm.

      Cons

      You need to be able to multi-task and prioritize.

      Pros

      The one benefit was it was remote and its a start up so there is room to grow.

      Cons

      There was no room for making mistakes and are quick to get ride of you if you don't meet their expectations after the first 2 months.
