      No induction so to speak High expectation to be experts from day one and maintain training in own time Little colleague support as dedicated individual roles

      Some coworkers can be nice people…

      Cons

      Toxic environment, poor leadership, very high rotation, zero accountability. And they lie about how or why people left. Don’t pay on time, just a horrible place
