      The lack of structure makes it easy to be nimble in all aspects - pay, benefits, work hours, work location, which clients you work for and which solutions you choose to use.

      The lack of structure makes it difficult to hold anyone accountable for their actions and makes performance evaluations impossible unless to correct something that is overwhelmingly negative.

      Very unstable and toxic and the members of the company always badmouthing their clients. The training is not great
