Pros

I spent 3 years in the company and was happy initially when there was a lot of free hand given to the employees but things changed for worse after the joining of a new COO.

Cons

No Concept of work life balance, you are called when you are on vacations, weekends, no visibility of new business. Poor operations management, lack of leadership. No wonder company has not grown in the last 3 years. During my 3 year tenure I saw many people being hired on full time basis and were promised a lot but hiring is only seasonal ( they have one project which starts picks up in October and runs till July). People are hired around August/September time frame and asked to leave by April.

Since the COO's arrival, TechGlobal's revenues have grown by 277% and the number of contracts has expanded to include seven Federal agencies, as well as numerous State and local governments. Employee headcount has grown by a factor of seven. Hiring is not and has never been "seasonal". We are on a path for continued growth and while it's disappointing to see a former senior-level colleague post such a misleading review, we understand that failure can beget frustration and we wish this person well.

Unfortunately, there are none in my opinion.

Cons

I had a difficult time while working for this employer. From day one, I was not trained properly on how to do my job so that I can perform to the best of my ability. I was basically thrown into the position with little to no guidance. When I asked to attend a one-day seminar that was a couple of hundred dollars, I was told that since upper management already knows the business there was no need for me to learn. The business is not transparent and you really have no clue about the direction the company is going. One member in upper management needs an assistant to help her better manage her calendar. She is a nice , pleasant person but her project management skills are not very desirable. She will communicate one thing but mean the complete opposite. Projects are done at the very last minute and it's due to poor communication and time management. I am blessed that I no longer work here.
