      Here are some of the benefits: - flexible work format: I mostly work remotely, but I always have the option to work in the office in the center of Krakow - I can also note the support and stability within the company - I really like the communication within my team, the maximum support, and the desire to grow together

      Pros

      - The people are the highlight. The colleagues I've interacted with at TechMagic are friendly and easy to work with. - The company actively encourages using AI tools and backs it up with real support, including a subscription allowance for AI tools. - The office is comfortable and cozy — a pleasant place to spend the workday.

      Cons

      As an outstaff employee, I work somewhat separately from the core team, and being the only person on the TechMagic side of my project can feel a bit isolating at times.
