Bad Company makes False promises - Devops Engineer TechPartner Alliance Employee Review

I have been working at Techpartner Alliance Pvt. Ltd. for the past 6 months, and my experience so far has been very positive. As a new mother, I am able to maintain a good work–life balance, which I truly appreciate. My lead is very supportive and encourages continuous learning and growth. It’s a great place to restart your career after a long break or to enhance your knowledge, as you get opportunities to work on multiple technologies and stacks.

A lot of learning happens independently while working on projects. Although it can be challenging at times, it helps in gaining practical experience and improving skills.

The company is better for Tech or devops people out here. They can get to learn much from 2 - 3 years of work experience. Flexibility is there in timings and work from home. Other department also if you are new to cloud like AWS, cloud how it works that's the learning you get.

Don't expect much here monetary wise. Travelling is hectic to this place if you are near then its fine otherwise think of it before joining.
