Pros

The office building is really nice They give you a gym benefit along with health insurance

Cons

No transparency from the HR and management side Too many of the important people are relatives to the other important people in the company, so event though they are the worst managers ever, you cannot change anything even though you complain, so best idea is to look for better opportunities in your life. The yearly salary increase is a big big lie there. Lots of people waited and waited and they got disappointed. You're sold as a senior full stack to the client even though you are a frontend junior and you have to perform as the client expects with a salary of a junior. Pretty boring on the "learning new things part" The teambuild looked like a wedding and we didn't really got the chance to meet new people. You have to think about creating your development plan because no one there is going to remind you about it. So, if you want to learn new things, you're on your own. Lots of agitated periods in the project. Every day we had to hurry to deliver something because we're behind and someone made a promise to the client, so we need to move.

Pros

I've been working here for a while now, the company seems pretty solid. There are open roles which are actually created by new clients and not because someone is leaving. I would say atm the company is still growing even in this market situation. The company is hybrid work friendly which is a big benefit for all of us here. We are still meeting at the office, because this is something that should be done to create at least some connections between colleagues (this matters a lot here, even if you are working on different projects), which of course is beneficial for personal networking as well. Overall the office is very nice, there are always snacks, coffe, tea, beverages and absolutely everything, that you probably dont have in you kitchen at home. Work environment is a very normal one, you get everything to get your work done. Much will depend on the specific project you’re assigned to (this is the key factor to consider). Additionally, your soft skills will play a significant role.

Cons

Some people have expressed dissatisfaction with their managers, but based on my personal experience working with some of them, I’ve found that if you maintain a professional attitude, they will respond in kind. - not really a con.
