Pros

Decent hikes and promotions, provided you manage to last here for more than a year.

Cons

Dont expect the company to operate the way MNCs operate, Techsci still is old school and ethical company policies are thrown drown the drain by the so called management. Work culture is not employee friendly and run like the goons would like their business to run. HR team is unable to explain the salary structure because they dont understand it in the first place. Finance team is rude and mostly because they are frustrated about their clerical nature of work at this organization. They cannot answer questions employees have during taxation period so expect them to hold that PMS face from Jan to March. If you have any complaints regarding your rude manager, no action will be taken so be prepared to get frustrated over time. People at higher levels usually have common characteristics- they dont have knowledge that will help you build your skill set, they lie across your face in situations to get away with things, and create a negative work environment in their team. Women safety is not even on the list, women employees extend many a times and no transport arrangements/reimbursement even if they stretch till midnight. Work quality is basic primary and secondary research, no databases available despite the claims made to clients and on their website. Attrition rate is really high because over a period of time you realize you are gaining no technical competencies, work environment is negative and pushy timelines require you to work extra every project. If you plan to move from this company, be prepared to find it difficult - your resume will not be shortlisted easily as this company has bad or lets say no reputation in the industry and if it does get shortlisted then technical round will be very challenging at big firms because your knowledge will be below industry standards. Bonus or variable payouts promised are delayed as late as two quarters, Even employees leaving the organization never receive their full and final on time and as promised, there are unnecessary deductions and there are chances you may never receive it also. Advice is to leave this organization as early as you can if you want to move up the career path. In case you are rolled out an offer which actually is very easy to bag at this firm, advice would be to look for another employer. Else, be prepared for a frustrating journey at this company. FYI- all positive reviews that recommend this company are fake. whenever negative review is written, positive reviews flood soon which are fake and written by the management team. They have serious problem hiring people due to negative reviews and so started posting fake positive reviews to attract acceptance on their offer.

Pros

The least you can enjoy here are the coworkers you meet who are actually fun outside of work.

Cons

No one gets along with the management. Everything we do is wrong, there's nothing we can do right or at least satisfactory for them. At the end, you get frustrated and vibrations go way low and you'd know you need to leave.

Pros

I learned some things here still, mainly due to the extensive training that employees go through.

Cons

My time with this company is one of the worst periods of my career. The company didn't have any clear direction, and the managers lacked the insight and vision to steer the company to the right direction. The employees here are always overloaded with work, and there are rarely enough breaks for us to refresh our energy. I don't think I felt fulfilled working here even for just 1 second.
