Pros

The team at TechShepherd is dedicated, efficient, and determined- a true pleasure to work with every day. As an intern, I was treated as full member of the team and given real tasks to work on. This internship has truly prepared me for the real world. It has enhanced my communication skills and understanding of both the marketing industry and how small businesses run. I could not urge someone looking for valuable work experience enough to apply to TechShepherd.

Cons

Some tasks require more thought and effort than others so it is important to remain flexible and patient as these tasks are still necessary and important to serve the clients needs.

Pros

TechShepherd is a company where you can become the best version of yourself. Fun, collaborative culture with competitive salary, great benefits, and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development.

Cons

We work hard and sometimes the job can be high pressure and high stress. Those looking for a job/paycheck won't be happy here, but those looking to dedicate themselves to a long-term career will thrive.

Pros

You never know what you're going to get when you join a startup, but this feels like it's the real deal: a lean, innovative business model with a plan for rapid growth. Leadership is competent, accessible, and eager for feedback and participation. Management invests in employees and gives them the tools they need to succeed. Walking breaks are mandatory! A great place for specialists who want to wear more than one hat and learn how a marketing firm should be run.

Cons

You feel the growing pains, but for every problem encountered, the company is fairly good at focusing on creating on-the-fly solutions while regrouping to solidify best-practices into place. Clients tend to be on the slow side of the innovation curve and can be extremely demanding. Late nights happen, and your "comfort zone" will be consistently intruded upon by demanding challenges.
