Pros

Management extremely open to new ideas, cares about feedback from employees and maintaining consistent technical and marketing training. Understanding of need for work-life balance, which is refreshing. Sharp technical staff.

Cons

The single only con is-when I was in sales-at this organization, my primary option for obtaining prospects for business was through the internet. I worked there at the height of the Omnicrom surge so many (prospect’s) offices were closed. Difficult to get an appointment. Trustfully that situation has changed dramatically. The only reason I left company was because Cherry Hill was a bit of a commute for me.

Pros

Flex hours and schedule because they never have coverage shortages. Environment is excellent. Professional development excellent. Block off 1 paid hour daily to study for industry certifications. Very straightforward time tracking submissions. No issues with customer base - always smiling happy professional customers to work with - distinctly different than past employer experiences - that makes my daily so much better. Pizza Fridays.

Cons

Need more cross-office activities / get-togethers. I'm in the Delaware office. Be nice to get the offices together more often.

Pros

PTO, salary, people, clients, opportunity, parties. Never layoffs, no worry of financial issues. Constant growth and new customer onboardings. No need to ever work overtime, plenty of coverage all the time. First place that I look forward to work everyday.

Cons

Studying for certification exams. Paid by company, but they require constant studying during work downtime to progress with certifications.
