No one leaves for another job. No fear of ever losing my job. - Fluid staff collaboration and meetings. - Diverse staff, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds. - Owner very receptive to ideas. Let's you own your idea and run with it. Verbally recognizes employees doing a good job. Monetarily takes great care of everyone. -Ethics prevail for what can be a slimy industry. Fair to small margins, consistent pricing, client first mentality.. - No micro management and no one wants to micro manage. If you need hand-holding, you will not be hired. - Lots of downtime blocked off for study toward certifications required by company partnerships. Owner forces this learning time and pay for your tests. - Always busy with projects, but never overwhelmed. - Easy to get approvals. - Everyone highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and overlapping skill sets. - Every position requires high level experience. Candidates tested and vetted thoroughly. Careful hiring process. - Always over staffed. - Owner is the culture. Owner puts employees and clients before all else. The raises I've personally received have been incredible. Owner compassionate. Recently, bookkeeper had personal medical issue, we all got email from bookkeeper thanking us for the flowers that owner must have sent from all employees, not just himself. Owner personally involved with many charities. Company adopts families, always writing checks for donations. Best job ever!
