Cons
1) Management in under qualified and treated with all benefits. 2) Employees are treated as slaves. 3) Management is only bothered about ac temperatures. 4) Each employee gets only 1 cup of tea due to school rules. 5) HR team disappears if you talk about leaves/appraisals. 6) You put extra hours to get the work done and credit goes to someone else all because of stupid and under qualified Management. 7) Appraisals are kept on hold for 6 months plus due to management. 8) Salary standards are extremely poor. 9) Main objective of management is to hold employees appraisal, track ac temperatures and torture resources -- this gets the management better appraisal for themselves. 10) If you are chit chatting or smiling a bit more the management thinks you have no work and search to put more load on you. 11) There are spy's all over the place to keep track on what you're doing and complain the same to the management. 12) Biggest mistake in anyone's life to join this school. 13) They expect super performance from experienced and freshers both. In simple words they will give 5 people's work to one person and then say your performance is low. 14) Technically management is below 0 and can talk nonsense for hours. 15) This can go on and on and on..........................
