A company with a family-like feel to it - it's a great place to work in, as you get access to the management and everyone else in company at any time due to the flat hierarchy. The management encourage employees to advance in any areas of IT and even fund the education and reward you for it. It's like a small family with a great culture. The company is on a positive growth trajectory so it can only get bigger and better for everyone involved.

-Not allowed training before probation but will be expected to be an expert in the exclusive techvertu softwares from day one. -They do not discuss the issues they have with you, they will let them accumulate and dismiss you for incidents you don’t get the chance to explain. - Toxic “blame the new man” environment - Famous around the whole of JohnFHunt for the awful engineer turn around. Proving terrible support system in development. There is no formal explanation of what is expected of you. Just that you do it right. -Worst company I’ve ever come across and there is no management in place. -Threats of job security as a power trip - No idea what they are doing and will do whatever it takes to blame someone else. -DO NOT WORK HERE
