You will find a lot of partiality later on in your work life. After few months I understood what nepotism is. Employee who was hired 2 months ago was the one who took my exit interview. Employee with whom I was not even connected and not worked, took my exit interview. No proper ethics while taking exit interview. No appraisal, promotion and hike No recognition and motivation for work. No healthy work culture.
