      Pros

      The working environment is so dynamic. Your idea is listened by middle-level managers even it is a crazy idea.

      Cons

      Low salary. It is pretty easy to get a promotion to team leader position but it is quite hard to get higher position.

      Pros

      - Dynamic working environment - Lots of things to learn and to grow - Fast-paced - Lots of good and bright managers - Big organization, if you are not happy with your team, it is easy for you to move to another team/ department without leaving the company.

      Cons

      - Water fountain management. If the line manager is narrow-minded, you will not have a chance to express yourself, your performance will be evaluated unfairly and there is no way you can fight for it.
