      Too much favouritism, unsafe infrastructure and basic washrooms are pathetic in the company. HR doesn’t respond properly and is rude. Planning department manager is the worst. Does not guide the juniors properly.

      Cons

      Work culture is worst. 6 months of probation period. If you take leave during probation you will be fired
