Pros
- This is a remote-first company, and you need to be able to figure out how to work well in a remote environment. If you can do that, it’s great. - Everyone is hard-working and very friendly. - A lot of us live in the Utah area, and others are spread across Europe and all over the US. We meet up in person when we can. - This review is coming from someone who left the company in good standing and came back in good standing. I came back because I genuinely love working here, and it far exceeded the place I left for. - I trust the leadership. They work really hard and are very transparent about what’s going on. They talk openly about the deals they’re working through and are upfront about contracts and company direction. - There are excellent leaders and a strong culture of transparency. - You get to work fully remote, with no micromanagement. - Work is performance-based, not time-based. No one cares about butts in seats—only about getting work done. - You’re expected to work and be accountable, but you’re trusted to do so.
Cons
- It’s remote, which can be isolating at times. - The company actively tries to offset that by meeting in person when possible, hosting games, and encouraging water-cooler-style chat in meetings. - We’re building software for really big clients, so there are periods of crunch time where you have to work hard. There's also times where it's more relaxed. - That pace isn’t for everyone, but it’s very rewarding when it’s done right. - There's a disgruntled employee leaving fake glass-door reviews under different account names, which can make it hard to know which reviews are real lol
