Working at TCPL has not only enhanced my professional skills but has also contributed to my overall personal development. The supportive culture and strong team coordination make it a great place to work and grow.

No major concerns as of now, however there is always scope for continuous improvement.

Have joined a year aga as Cluster Manager and have been promoted to Regional Manager. As the name suggest the company is tech savvy and is not MSME lending through its IT driven process. It helps to get the process smooth and fast. The support from reporting managers and peer staff is great. Working environment is very good and gives you positive vibes to thrive your internal instinct to give best of your efforts. The incentive structure is one of the best in industry where the sales, credit and even operation gets incentive. The communication between senior management and rest department is very clear.

As it's an IT driven company, so sometimes we face slowness in system.
