Pros

Timely salary Flexibility of work time

Cons

Hire and fire culture. Stupid cuts of taxes from salary and no salary slip is given to you. When asked for a salary slip they tell you to give them a work invoice as if you were a freelancer. They will ask you to join meetings at 11pm and keep you there till 2am when your work hours end at 6:30pm.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few important points for the benefit of prospective candidates: Hiring Models: Our hiring process is fully transparent. We follow two models: A standard full-time role with a probation period of three months, which is common practice across industries. A short trial period (usually two weeks) where both the individual and the company can assess fit before moving forward. This ensures mutual clarity and choice. Taxes & Salary Structure: All employees are subject to applicable statutory deductions, as per law. This is not unique to our company but a responsibility every employer and employee must comply with. Salary Slips: At the time you joined, one of our sub-units was in its early stage. While we acknowledge that formal payroll processes were still being set up, this has since been addressed and employees now receive proper documentation. Work Hours & Meetings: Being part of a startup sometimes requires flexibility, especially when collaborating with global stakeholders or meeting critical deadlines. However, we remain conscious of employee well-being and continuously strive to balance workload and meeting times. Company Culture: We value accountability, ownership, and transparency. Startups often operate differently from large corporations, and we encourage individuals to consider whether the startup environment suits their working style before joining. We are committed to building a transparent and growth-driven workplace, and we always encourage open communication during employment to resolve concerns directly.

Pros

Genuinely one of the better places I've worked. The founders are hands-on and approachable, you can walk up and have a real conversation about anything. Work is varied you don't get stuck doing the same thing for years, there's always something new coming in across different teams. Good people, fair treatment, and they actually invest in the team and the office setup. Salary hikes have been on time, festival bonuses too. Office is in a good location and the workspace itself is comfortable.

Cons

Honestly nothing major to complain about. Some days get busy when multiple projects are running but that is normal in this industry.
