Pros

No pros only cons zero work culture

Cons

The company has a poor work culture with little focus on employee well-being. Employees are frequently expected to work extended hours, but no compensatory off, overtime benefits, or appreciation is provided. There is a lack of flexibility, even in genuine emergency situations. If an employee leaves early due to a personal emergency, Leave Without Pay (LOP) is often applied without considering the circumstances. Management and HR show very little concern for employee welfare, work-life balance, or morale. The company has a toxic work culture with little respect for employees' personal time. Long working hours are treated as normal, and employees are often expected to stay beyond office hours without any compensatory off, overtime pay, or recognition. There is a poor work-life balance, making it difficult to maintain personal commitments. HR policies are rigid and lack empathy toward employees. Even in genuine emergency situations, employees are expected to continue working, and requests to leave early are often met with Leave Without Pay (LOP) instead of understanding or support. Employee well-being and mental health are not prioritized. Hard work and dedication are rarely appreciated, and there is little recognition for employees who consistently put in extra effort. Communication from management is often one-sided, with limited transparency regarding decisions that affect employees. Employee feedback is rarely acknowledged or acted upon. There are very few employee engagement activities, benefits, or initiatives that make employees feel valued. Career growth opportunities are limited, and promotions or salary increments are not always based on performance. Unrealistic expectations and tight deadlines create unnecessary pressure on employees. The company culture encourages overwork rather than productivity. Favoritism in decision-making can impact employee morale. High employee turnover reflects the dissatisfaction of many employees with the work environment.
