Pros

Management cares about the employees and appreciates hard work. On call rotation is large enough where you only need to be on-call a couple of times a year. Quarterly profit sharing bonus.

Cons

Benefits are lacking a little bit, only 2 weeks vacation time and Health insurance is a bit expensive. Some room for growth, but there are limitations (Small company).

Pros

Awesome work environment, great opportunities to learn a multitude of different systems. Flexible assignments to gain experience in all aspects of the career field.

Cons

As a field engineer or technician you are required to travel constantly across a assigned region or even between regions depending on work requirements. Living out of a suitcase and required travel voucher paperwork become tedious.
