Pros
The people. Work schedule having days of during the week allows you to get things done you wouldn't be able to on the weekend.
Cons
The revolving door. Recently we have lost a lot of employees that are going to places for $10-$20 more an hour for the same technical position. Lack of a true bonus program. Advance training is hard to get. Leaving new techs without all the knowledge they need to do the job
