Over bearing CEO - too involved in the weeds, Doesn't let you breath, questions every choice you made. Habit of calling you 7/8pm at night - a massive blame culture. Day to day work load is relentless. Leadership team try their best - but constantly over ruled by CEO. Has the opportunity to a great organisation, but not in its current format.
