Pros
Salary is above the industry average. Trasport connectivity is very good. (Near metro station). Flexible work timing. Friendly colleagues. No layoffs unless your work is really pathetic.
Cons
Company is not doing good (i term of profits) since 2014. Career growth and salary appraisals have been very low since 2014. (Management was very generous before that in terms of appraisals). Too much bureaucracy and mechanistic organization structure.
