      Pros

      -Kind of relax working environment, good for experience person as a place to retire. -Previously, lot of sports and fun activities (besides working). - Lot of seniors who can teach young engineer. The knowledge transfer is always ongoing.

      Cons

      - As years of working increase along with workloads and responsibilities, salary remain at small figure. This has caused people to leave. - Too much benefits and focus for management team. - Technical worker's charity and benefit been reduced and become neglected. - Career plan/goal is not clear. - Too much re-organization.

      Pros

      Laid back environment, decent facility, physically easy work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication up and down the chain. Lack of processes and structure for work. No direction for progression as a technician. Very stagnant growth. Very low pay for industry standard. Extreme lack of consistency for hours and work load.
