Pros
Work with good people, flex time, 9/80 work week. Bonus. Otherwise pros are hard to find
Cons
Atmosphere completely changed with new leadership, very political, always waiting for layoffs, benefit changes means benefits are worse, less holidays, more $ for medical high deductible. No advancement. Havent had a raise in 4 years. Bleak job outlook shipping more work overseas to Singapore and India. Houston location doesnt get much design work anymore.
