      This company from outside the mirror looks aprantly great. Condition and enviroment are very good. Many social activities done in pro of employees

      Cons

      Management is done based on friendship for high level positions you can see husband and wife or brothers or cousins that make difficult to have objective decissions and correct. Decision are made on "Personal conveniences' and not for logical decisions. Top management is lack of experience. all levela, Engineering management , Project management

      Laid back environment, decent facility, physically easy work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication up and down the chain. Lack of processes and structure for work. No direction for progression as a technician. Very stagnant growth. Very low pay for industry standard. Extreme lack of consistency for hours and work load.
