-Salary are very low : Electrical Engineer (Master of Sciences) with 5 years experience and a TOEIC over 900 and the salary was only 230000Yen per month with only 3 month bonus per years -In 3 years, my salary didn't increase a single time -Don't care about private life -One day, my boss ask to do a meeting at my home!!! -The company hold meeting (3 times per year with the same content at the same times) on the saturday without overtime pay (not mandatory, but lower the bonus if you don't participate) -Needed to take paid holiday on saturday (even wen the saturday wasn't a working day) -Phone call for useless thing very late (10PM the friday) -My dispatch office was at 70 km from were I was dispatched. When I ask to be assigned to an office that was only at 10 km from my working place, they refused. So for meeting, technical course, medical check up, training... I needed to travel 3 hours by train (round trip). In one year, I did it more than 30 times -When I had some problems with the company where I was dispatched, my boss didn't care about the problems
