Pros
Only good thing is you get 30 leaves credited to your account every April which is not the case with other companies - (accumulation of leaves every month).
Cons
1. Management doesn't care about the welfare of employees 2. Very cheap politics by middle management to eat up the money and Not pass on the benefits to working class. 3. More Horrific experience when deployed at client location to work as one is answerable for both Client & Internal cheap management people. 4. Management doesnt care about the Technical competancies of the employees - Doesnt Provide required training to upskill/ upgrade even when they win projects from clients 5. Old fashioned, Manual & Repetitive work is all that can be seen with NO Growth at all - Stay away from this company
