• A work culture built on bullying and burnout • Staff are over worked with excessive overtime (3 hours + per day average) expected as standard • Excessive travel across the country required as the company doesn’t support virtual meetings of any kind - no time in lieu for weekend working • No clear career progression outside of sales positions • Severe lack of diversity in management and Director levels • 3 new director positions came available in 2022, all went to straight white men. Only 1 woman in the leadership team of 11. • minimal employee benefits package with no enhanced maternity package • outside of sales, when staff leave it is rare they replace the role. Instead it is absorbed into someone else’s role with no pay increase • No flexible work options, even though this was shown as possible during covid-19 • Mass resignations in 2021/22 show severe dissatisfaction with the company as a whole
