Thank you for your thoughtful comments about your experience. While we do not have separate sick-time allocations as such, we do have fairly solid Paid Time Off (PTO), which employees can use as "sick time", especially in areas with paid sick time off requirements. Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts and your experience as part of the team.

Pros

Most people here are good to work with

Cons

Lack of work life balance, hard to use PTO, overworked, low pay for the work done. experience varies by manager, and mine does not encourage you to put your health first. she works you to the bone and has gotten upset at me for trying to use PTO. most people leave the company within a year and it shows. saw a universal banker get chewed out by the regional manager recently during a call for low sales numbers. it’s not his job to encourage the numbers for the whole branch. that’s the branch manager’s job, who also left during her paternity leave.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It sounds like you have some pretty specific concerns that may be best brought up with appropriate management-Please keep in mind that we keep open door/no retaliation policies at Tech CU and you are always encouraged to bring concerns to whatever level leader you feel would be best positioned to discuss them with you. That said, it's just not the case that most people leave the company within a year. In fact, our organizational turn over is relatively low, and numbers are shared internally with some regularity. That doesn't invalidate your concerns, and again, please take them up with the appropriate leaders for discussion, or with the HR team if that's more comfortable.
