Pros
There have been some great people who have worked here over the years. A lot of them haven’t stayed because - well, why would you?
Cons
Where to start - poor management, questionable business practices, lack of direction, the list goes on. Meetings are run by a circus of overgrown toddlers who scream and bang their fists on tables to get attention - that is, when they take a second to look up from their laptops and actually pay attention. Management does not take accountability for the failure of the company and instead points fingers at everyone else. Compensation is far from where it should be for most people at the company. When you get the job, you’ll most likely be promised that there’s opportunity to grow in the company. Don’t believe it. They’ll undoubtedly pile more and more work on you and you’ll never be compensated for it. If you’re lucky you may get a title that sounds slightly more important, but nothing else will change. There is no form of ethics in the company or sense of doing the right thing. I’ll leave that at that. You’ll be blamed for things you didn’t do. Successes will be twisted into failures. You’ll leave each day feeling drained and unmotivated. You’ll be forced to listen to political rants while every tv in the office is turned to Fox News. You’ll be guilted into attending snack breaks, which is their attempt at building morale in the company. In reality, it’s just a bunch of people gorging on cheese and hoping the sound of their chewing will drown out the voice of the CEO going on again about a topic nobody cares about. I’m completely amazed that they’re still in business.
