Exciting, high-intensity, project-based IT system implementation work for state government clients. Company willing to accept input from employees; has a "let's get it done" attitude. Fun co-workers. Company's proprietary software, EnABLE, is really leading-edge stuff - fully-configurable for client implementations and constantly being improved. Culture is supportive of employees and families.
Cons
Due to competing project priorities, sometimes work focus must be shifted to deal with the most pressing issue. But, management tries to plan for this whenever possible.
