The Engineers I work with are outstanding and expeienced. Some of the Engineers have above average skillsets.
Cons
Management is always micromanaging every single thing you do. Constantly in Skype asking about this time entry and this type of work. Also you are constantly being monitored and watched. Expectations are not realistic of amount of hours quota being reached. I am seriously considering quitting.
