Nothing is good here in this company.

Work culture is very bad in this company and the manager thinks that he is the boss of the company. And insults every employees everytime. Company's management and specially the manager treats every employees like a servent accept those employees who leaves behind manager's back and do bad politics on behalf of manager. Company demand money for the job like 2 lakh on the name of training. and the don't provide training certificate after the training completion. And if you delays to pay the money for any reason they will hold the confirmation. and they will extend your training by giving so many silly reasons like we are not only capable to complete the training and after that the mangement will only tell you that when we will pay the money after that only they confirm our training. The manager will only not let you to complete the training and gain growth in the company because of insecurity of his position.
