The company is characterized by a toxic work environment stemming from unprofessional leadship. The owners daily involment , intended to ensure thoroughness ,inadvertently contributes to a challenging atmosphere . Family members occupy key position without the necesssary qualification ,leading to inefficiencies and employee resentment. The human recourse( one person) operates under the owners direct influence,compromising its ability to function as an impartial mediator.

Mesage for employees: I understand that considering change can be daunting , especially when it feels uncertain. Please remember : everyone deserves respect, and there are many great organization that uphold this value.

This is not a positive work environment. The owner is present every day and closely monitors employees, often alongside with his daughter, who lack the experience and skills for leadership role -Supervisor. The employees are often being treated with little or no respect at all

There are frequent complains from the owner about financial losses, which contributes to a negative tone across the workplace. Even small expenses , like lunch are often criticized. While the starting pay $16/hour, the benefits are minimal,no life insurace , no short/long term benefits and backgrounds checks are not conducted-which may appeal to some, raises concerns for others
