My experience was a good one and enjoyed working at this small, closely knit company atmosphere in an arena with industry giants.

Not enough personal contact with team members and management. Can feel like an island sometimes.

Company is aggressively expanding and I worked with smart and very dedicated people. If you don't want a ton of hand-holding and mentoring, you'll be fine. Values customers and their relationships.Good work/life balance.

Huge competitors in the space so hard to make an impact and win large clients (small fish in a big, well-funded pond). Sales staff is limited which doesn't help. Internal communication around product evolution is poor from management. HR support is non-existent.
