Pros

Our analytical teams are strong, innovative, dependable, and product oriented. As a project lead analyst here for many years, I am constantly impressed by the young talent we hire and retain. And we have some of the most enthusiastic, energized senior analysts in the business, many of which have 25+ years of experience; they still love rolling up their sleeves! Working with my teammates here is a pleasure. I also like the strong efforts we make to give back to the cost community at-large, contributing significantly to conferences and workshops, and hosting training sessions available to all of our peers. I am often pleasantly surprised by the number of professional awards our folks win - areal tribute to their hard work. At Technomics, our goal is to exceed customers' expectations. Given many clients are DoD-centric, we also keep the taxpayer in mind, delivering quality and value. This key theme is discussed in our day-to-day work, and encouraged by our CEO at our quarterly meetings. As we have grown in size, we have recently hired experienced new senior executives helping us focus and improve our effectiveness.

Cons

Company ran into a short period of growing pains a couple years ago, stretching some management folks beyond their areas of expertise. Realignment and strategic hires have corrected the course.
