Very agile company that is willing to listen to anyone with a good idea. It's employee-owned, which is HUGE. The team is fantastic.

Not really a con, but it's good to have a scrappy/start-up mindset here.

The team at TechSource is always trying to do their best. Everyone is willing to share their expertise to help others and wants others to succeed. It is a great team environment and offers a lot of flexibility for folks with young families.

Sometimes leadership decisions feel like they are made in a vacuum or they take too long. Areas can feel very top-down in the leadership style.
