      Pros

      So fun to work with so many startups. Great benefits $$ (wellness, work from home, professional development, etc.). AIT (my program's team, not central) team is great. Small but mighty!

      Cons

      Techstars is extremely chaotic to work for, but I knew what I was getting into. The pay isn't great for the location, but they offer up to 10% bonuses based on performance.

      Pros

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
