      Huge shift away from the founders of the companies that Techstars invests in and therefore a misalignment in what is best for them. Your experience is deeply shaped by the Managing Director of the program (both as an employee or a founder) and therefore it can very widely.

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
