      The company is a lot better now that David Cohen is back.

      I worry if Techstars doesn't right size salaries and career growth they will continue to struggle to retain top talent.

      Pros

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
