Work hard, play hard, or so they say. But at Techugo, it was more like working hard, collpasing from exhaustion. Burnout was not just a posibility; it was practically guaranteed, thanks to the relentless pace and never-ending demands.

Fast paced work environment where things come and go quickly.

Not a lot of growth, not a lot to learn, and minimal exposure. The manager doesn't listen to our opinions and doesn't care about feedback. Instead of actively learning from experience, we just basically follow orders and do nothing out of our own.
