The salary was satisfactory, but I believed there may have been more posibility for improvement.

Work hard, play hard, or so they say. But at Techugo, it was more like working hard, collpasing from exhaustion. Burnout was not just a posibility; it was practically guaranteed, thanks to the relentless pace and never-ending demands.

My colleagues were very supportive, very helpful.

Management actually doesn't know anything about our job, but keeps on meddling anyway! They like micromanaging and getting in between what we do when they don't exactly know what they're talking about. It's annoying!
