* Friendly and positive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication * Supportive and cooperative senior team that provides guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing

* CEO always does things on his own without involving the team or considering others’ input * Salary is always delayed, and some former employees did not receive full payment even after leaving * Worse, business policies are mostly driven by the boss * Company has no clear goal or long-term direction,

The only positive sides I can think of - • Good for total freshers to start off their career, or those who are slacking behind in the industry, or need an urgent job • Able to work on large scale digital products • Friendly and supportive co-workers who are leaving one by one • Good increment (industry standard) if you can make your way around • Even if you're not valued, you will not be treated rudely or yelled at or insulted All the other pros that used to be are long gone and there's no coming back.

• Way too much micromanagement • Unprofessional and unhygienic work environment • Lack of benefits • No salary on due time • No career growth opportunity • Product management is a joke • Some public holidays are not given • Poor work-life balance • Very few yearly leaves • Leave policies feel like prison • Employees get deceived during the time of increments or resign notice period
