Thank you for your honest review. Unfortunately in the short time you were employed at Tecna UK, you didn't get to see the great progress we've made with regards to listening to staff and carrying out a full culture review. An initiative the management team introduced as good practice for a team which continues to grow. We received some negative feedback that allowed us to learn and grow. We also received a large amount of positive comments including key words like; Fun, Energetic, Loyal, Innovative, Supported, Enjoyable, Inspiring, Family and Teamwork. With regards to your comment 'many employees have left because of treatment' we would disagree with this. We have a fantastic employee retention rate and value our great staff. Many of our staff are entering their 4th year of employment, which is then rewarded with additional annual leave. Last year we also rewarded all staff with an all expenses paid trip to Majorca, Spain to celebrate 10 years of Tecna UK Ltd. It's a huge shame that you didn't recognize the other positives within our business but also understand that sometimes things are just not meant to be! Good luck in all your future endeavours.
