      Small working groups. Interesting Defence projects. Growing Business perspectives.

      Cons

      Profit tends to be more important than people Low salaries (compared to Defence Industry) Excessive tendency to subcontracting long-term employees. Extra hours are frequently requested, but not paid.

      Pros

      At lower levels the colleagues are great. Then you scale a little, get a better position and it's all selfishness, politics and little work.

      Cons

      Terrible level of management, everything is love to the CEO of the company. Less and less interesting projects, with ridiculous salaries and far below market. Very high levels of turnover, replaced by interns (400 INTERNS IN A 3K WORKERS COMPANY!)
