Pros
1. If you are on a junior level your work will not be like a burden but enough fo ryou to carry on 2. will get to learn a lot because there is no-one else to pick up the work hence you will have to take initiative and pick-up. Will really grind you to take onus of your actions 3. colleagues are supportive and understanding with respect to work and env.
Cons
1. The gap of senior and junior is a lot which leads to seniors hogging onto the work they are doing and some leaders don't away levy their work to others. 2. They don't value their employees, the management style is very blatant and blunt, if you bring something to the work place you are valued otherwise you are uesless. 3. Overpromise and under-deliver, projects are not getting delivered within the promised timeframe, clients have sued the company for such behavior. 4. Many senior levels have left the organization but to fill their shoes interns are getting hired. 5. Management is not great.
