Pros
Tecolote Research is a really relaxed place to work with a fun, energized team. People are encouraging and excited to be working together. Hybrid work model allows for good in-person connection and remote work for personal flexibility.
Cons
- Small office, which encourages camaraderie but can be a negative if you prefer more of a large office environment - Emphasis is on good work life balance, but that tends to mean salaries are somewhat lower than competitors, particularly in the tech space. Amazingly good benefits, including 4 weeks of vacation, go a long way toward compensating for the lower salary.
